HUMAN-CENTRED OFFICE DESIGN
This office space used to be a bank. With two entries, a big column smack-bang in the middle of key circulation space, and some existing glazed partitions, the brief was to create a workstation hub, a formal meeting room for 10 people, an executive office space and a relaxed break out area to be versatile enough to accommodate staff social interactions as well as less formal client meetings.
Client areas are identified by a change of carpet colour.
Acoustic panels provide staff privacy and noise reduction in the open plan workstation hub.
3D images of the interior design intention helped my clients understand the intention and work out where the priorities were for them.
