MSWA Montario Quarter
THE NEW MODERN STANDARD IN HIGH SUPPORT ACCOMMODATION
The Montario Quarter project is a new 20-unit High Support Accommodation Facility providing long-term options, in a homely environment, for adults living with a neurological condition, with 24-hour care provided on site. The Facility will also accommodate long-term Quadriplegic Centre residents and is also supported by the State Government.
Montario Quarter is a new urban village in Shenton Park by Development WA. With a prime location minutes from the CBD, next to Shenton College and just 400m from Shenton Park Train Station, Montario Quarter has been designed with tree-lined streets, preserved and improved areas of bushland and large community parkland.

This leafy urban environment will inform the Interior Design for the project with a classic- contemporary aesthetic and warm, comforting feel. With twenty units and three stories, the interior design will have five different schemes running throughout the units and a main scheme tying in the common areas.

The Interior Design intends to provide a domestic environment for the residents and to create a home for them, and for their families to visit.
